New Clients
All new clients should follow the new guest pathway steps and fill out the new client questionnaire. This allows me to get an idea of the current state of your hair and your dream hair goals.
Cancellations/No Show
A fee will be charged to your existing card on file in the event that you cancel or no show within 48 hours of your appointment time.
Late Policy
Arriving 15 minutes or later may result
in loss of appointment.
