Pre-visit experience

Online Booking I offer online booking to make things easier! Just choose your service, enter your info, and book!

Consultation Form After you book, I'll send you a consultation form via text or email to gather more details about your hair history and goals!

Onboarding Packet You’ll receive an email with a client onboarding packet that covers everything you need to know: payment options, service add-ons, what to expect in the salon, directions to the suite, and more. This packet is your guide to becoming a Rex Artistry VIP client!

Customized Appointment The night before your appointment, you'll get a customization form! This is your chance to share inspo photos, add extra services, choose a drink to have ready for you, pick a seasonal essential oil for your hot towel, and more!

In the salon

One-On-One Studio Experience While you're in the salon, you'll enjoy a cozy, home-like atmosphere where it's just us two! You can truly unwind and take some guilt-free time for yourself.

Review Your Consultation Form We’ll discuss your hair history, short-term and long-term goals, and how to achieve them while fitting into your home and salon routines. I'll make sure your goals align with your lifestyle.

Your time, your choice Your appointment is all about what you prefer. Whether you want to chat and catch up or enjoy a quiet, relaxing time to read or unwind, I'm here to accommodate your needs.

The Maintenance While you’re getting your service, we’ll chat about at-home care, including product recommendations and routines that fit your lifestyle. I’ll explain how to apply the products, where to use them on your hair, how often to use them, and what results you can expect.

Post-Visit

The Tools you'll need After your visit, you'll leave with your at-home care products or tools, ensuring you have everything you need to maintain your look and continue your self-care routine.

The Knowledge You’ll also receive an email with details on what to expect in the coming days and how to properly care for your hair at home. This includes when to wash your hair for the first time with your fresh color, or what to expect the first few days with extensions in and product recommendations!

Open Communication My phone line will always be available during my work hours if you have any questions about your new color, style, products or tools!
